Bill Davies has put together a great training log for our team.
As you can see by his instructions on how to print it, it's quite long... mostly because of all the log pages.
Even witout the actual log pages it's a must read many of the routines shown on this website are also in the log.

Training Log Section Printing Instructions:

1.       Pages 1-2, single sided (2 pieces of paper)
2.       Pages 3-23, double sided (duplex), 1 page to a side (11 pieces of paper)
3.       Pages 24-31, double sided (duplex), landscape orientation, flip pages up, 1 page to a side (4 pieces of paper)
4.       Page 32, alone, single sided, landscape orientation, (1 piece of paper)
5.       Pages 33-224, double sided (duplex), 2 pages to a side (48 pieces of paper)
--------Note: if your printer can't print pages 2-up (two to a page)
          Here is a generic version of the log pages you can print-out.
          You'll have to fill-in the days and weeks.

 (Total should be 66 pieces of paper if the entire document is printed/assembled per above)
